Our cutting-edge formwork is a sophisticated panel-prop system featuring a pioneering early stripping mechanism, meticulously engineered for intricate slab designs that incorporate high-low cross beams and columns. This ingenious puzzle-style system excels in efficiency, allowing for effortless erection, stripping, and removal, all while maintaining formidable safety standards.
The system adopts the structural mechanism of a 4-leg table using a puzzle-style and systematic installation approach. Both panels and props are crafted from Grade Q345 steel components, provided in CKD forms, and assembled with precision using bolts and nuts.
