Our cutting-edge formwork system, an advanced panel-prop configuration with a pioneering early stripping mechanism, is intricately engineered for complex slab designs featuring high-low cross beams and columns. This ingenious puzzle-style system excels in efficiency, allowing for effortless erection, stripping, and removal, all while upholding exceptional safety standards.
The system utilizes a structural mechanism of a 4-leg table with a puzzle-style and systematic installation approach. Both panels and props are crafted from Grade Q345 steel components in CKD forms and meticulously assembled with precision bolts and nuts.
