Our cutting-edge formwork system, a sophisticated panel-prop ensemble with a pioneering early stripping mechanism, is meticulously engineered for intricate slab designs featuring high-low cross beams and columns. This ingenious puzzle-style system excels in efficiency, allowing for effortless erection, stripping, and removal, all while maintaining formidable safety standards to ensure peace of mind for our users.
The system adopts the structural mechanism of a 4-leg table using a puzzle-style and systematic installation approach. Both panels and props are crafted from Grade Q345 steel components in CKD forms and are assembled with precision using bolts and nuts to ensure seamless integration.
