Our cutting-edge formwork system is a marvel of engineering-a sophisticated panel-prop system with a pioneering early stripping mechanism. Meticulously designed for intricate slab configurations, including high-low cross beams and columns, this ingenious puzzle-style system excels in efficiency. It allows for effortless erection, stripping, and removal, all while maintaining formidable safety standards.
The system adopts the structural mechanism of a 4-leg table using a puzzle-style and systematic installation approach. Both panels and props are crafted from Grade Q345 steel components in CKD forms, meticulously assembled with bolts and nuts to ensure durability and reliability.
